Our
Terms and Conditions are as follows:
- X'press Courier shall not be responsible for any goods damages or shortage once delivered. We will do a final count on total quantity for delivery before loading up into our vehicle. Packing of goods into boxes will be made by requester but however we are able to do simple packing.
- All important documents must be properly sealed ensure confidentiality for all parties.
- Same day delivery will be made for calls before 3pm depending on receiver operating hours.
- However if receiver is closed or absence at the point of delivery, we will inform sender and make arrangement with receiver for next day delivery with no extra charges.
- A Consignment Note or Cash Orders will be issued as proof of service or delivery if there is no D/O provided by Sender.
- A grace period of 15 mins waiting time will be given for every collection and delivery. Additional charges may apply depending on situations.
- All deliveries and collections services are in Cash Terms and in SGD only.
